About the Webshop
Beat2Phone Webshop products are sold by VitalSignum Oy (business ID: FI27241082). The WebShop sells products to private individuals of legal age in Finland, inside the EU, and outside the EU area. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Placing an order
Products are primarily ordered online at https://www.beat2phone.com using the site’s shopping cart.
All orders are followed by a confirmation e-mail that includes the price of the order and a Paytrail payment ID. Receiving payment confirmation requires providing an e-mail address at the time of order.
When placing an order, the customer accepts the current terms and conditions.
Products and shipping costs are paid when placing an order. The Webshop accepts the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, as well as payment cards. Payments are handled through the Paytrail Oyj website.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (FI21228397) has implemented the online payment system and acts as the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit agencies. Account statements and card payments will show Paytrail Oyj as the payment recipient. Paytrail Oyj forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. For refund claims, we ask the customers to primarily contact the supplier of the product.

Products are shipped when our account information shows that payment has been received. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Orders are processed during regular opening hours once payment has been received.
We deliver products on all weekdays. Depending on bank connections, shipments are made 1–5 weekdays after receipt of payment. Any delays in delivery will be noted on the Beat2Phone.com page.
Delivery method and delivery costs
Delivery costs include shipping and handling. Full delivery costs are shown once payment and delivery method are selected. Ordered items are mailed in a postal parcel.
Return and exchange policy
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the customer has 14 days to cancel an order. Cancellations shall be made within 14 days of delivery. The right to cancel only applies to resalable, unused products that are in their original packaging. After cancellation, the customer shall return the goods within 14 days of sending the cancellation notice.

We do not accept returns sent over 14 days after the cancellation notice. When the return is accepted, a refund will be paid directly to the customer’s account once receipt and handling have been completed.
Shipping issues and handling of defective products
If a product is lost during delivery or defective, or the customer has received the wrong product, the customer shall send notification of the error immediately by e-mail to email@example.com, or by mail to:

Notifications of shipping problems or defective products shall be sent within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in transit, the customer shall file a complaint immediately at the post office.
